1. What cookies are
- A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your computer or mobile device when you visit. Cookies let the site recognise your device, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used.
- This policy also covers similar technologies, such as local storage, pixels and scripts that read information from your device. We call all of these "cookies" in this policy.
- First-party cookies are set by us. Third-party cookies are set by another organisation, such as an analytics provider. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them.
2. Our approach
- This website is operated by [Company legal name] Ltd, trading as Curb Network. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) we must ask for your consent before placing any cookie that is not strictly necessary to provide the service you have asked for.
- When you first visit the site you will see a banner asking whether you accept non-essential cookies. Accepting and rejecting are equally easy. - Our site is hosted by Netlify, and our website forms (the media pack request and the rider waitlist) are collected by Netlify Forms. The forms set no cookies of their own; their spam protection uses a hidden form field instead.

- Needed for the website to function and be secure, for example to remember your cookie choices or balance traffic. These do not need your consent and cannot be switched off in our cookie settings, although you can block them in your browser.

6. Our screens
This policy covers our website only. Curb's street screens do not place cookies on, or read information from, the phones or other devices of people nearby. The screen bags have no cameras, no facial recognition and no sensors that capture passers-by. See our Privacy Policy for how the screen network works.
